O PUMA S2 é o espectrómetro de Fluorescência de Raio-X de Energia Dispersiva (EDXRF) para análise elementar. Equipamento de bancada para amostras sólidas e líquidas, preparadas ou a granel, para a análise desde carbono ao amerício (C - Am). As concentrações elementares detetáveis nas amostras podem variar de ppm até 100%. Com tubo de raios X de alta potência, detetor HighSense ™ LE e opções únicas de manuseamento de amostras tornam-no perfeito para muitas aplicações na indústria e pesquisa, onde resultados precisos e exatos devem ser rapidamente obtidos através de equipamento fácil de operar.
